Bulgogi Recipe

This recipe comes from Stacie. 


1 lb thinly sliced flank steak
5 Tbs soy sauce
2 1/2 Tbs sugar
1/4 cup green onion chopped
2 Tbs    garlic
2  Tbs   sesame seeds
2  Tbs   sesame oil
1/2 tsp  ground black pepper
minced fresh ginger to taste (at least 1 Tbs)


Combine soy sauce, sugar,  green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, pepper, sesame oil, and ginger.  Pour over the steak.  Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.  Can be prepared the day before.  Heat grill to high heat and oil the grill.  Grill 1 - 2 minutes per side.
